What to Pack for a Grenadines Yacht Charter: The Complete Packing List
Introduction
Packing for a Grenadines yacht charter should be simple.
You will spend most of the week in swimwear, lightweight clothes and bare feet, moving between places such as Bequia, Mustique, Canouan, Mayreau and the Tobago Cays. Heavy luggage, formal clothing and multiple pairs of shoes usually become unnecessary almost immediately.
The best approach is to pack light, breathable and practical, with enough clothing for evenings ashore but nothing you would be worried about getting wet, sandy or salty.

For most seven-day Grenadines charters, you do not need a large wardrobe.

A lightweight long-sleeve shirt is particularly useful. It provides extra sun protection during long afternoons on deck and can also help when the trade winds feel cooler after sunset.

Most yachts operate with a barefoot policy onboard, so you will probably wear shoes much less than expected.

You will often be exposed to direct Caribbean sun for hours while sailing, swimming or relaxing on deck. The combination of wind and water can make it easy to underestimate how quickly you are burning.
Bring more sunscreen than you think you need, especially if you have a particular brand you prefer.
Toiletries, Medication & Personal Items
Your yacht will normally provide towels and basic bathroom amenities, so there is little reason to pack household-sized toiletries.

Cards are widely accepted at larger hotels, restaurants and resorts, but smaller businesses, beach bars, local vendors and taxis may prefer cash. Carrying a modest amount means you are not dependent on finding an ATM on a small island.
